FAMILY LAW, ESTATE PLANNING AND PROBATE ATTORNEY
Jean M. Fair focuses in the fields of family law, estate planning, and probate law. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Baylor University School of Law, a Master’s Degree in History with a focus on Texas Literary History from Baylor University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English from Baylor University. She is admitted to practice law in Texas.
- Jean M. Fair is the principal attorney of Fair & Fair, PLLC, which maintains an office just outside the Waco, Texas city limits in Hewitt. She practices law throughout Central Texas. She focuses on putting clients first, being thorough, and putting the time and attention needed to get the job done. She actively engages in case law research, speaking, and writing pertaining to the Second Amendment and weapons-related issues in Texas.

REAL ESTATE, TAXATION, AND BUSINESS LAW ATTORNEY
- Richard H. Fair, who goes by Rick, focuses in the fields of real estate, taxation, and business law. He recieved his Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas A&M University School of Law, a Master’s Degree in History with a focus on the Civil War in Texas from Baylor University, an M.A. Cert. in Homeland Security and Political Science from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Baylor University. He is admitted to practice law in Texas.
- Rick Fair practices law throughout North Texas and Central Texas. He focuses on working with small businesses, contractors, sub-contractors, and real estate ventures. He particularly enjoys getting to know clients and helping small businesses succeed. With a background as a history and political science professor, he continues to research and write on topics such as legal history, HIPAA and privacy law, and federal securities law. He also actively engages in legislative research, speaking, and writing pertaining to the Second Amendment and weapons-related issues in Texas.
