The law office of Fair & Fair, PLLC regularly assists adults and juveniles who have been accused of misdemeanors, felonies, and probation violations.  We offer criminal defense services for clients in McLennan County, Bell County, Brazos County, and any surrounding counties.

Specifically, Jean focuses on representing clients accused of weapons charges, while Rick focuses on alcohol and drug-related crimes, such as DWI, DUI, and controlled substance charges.

Our office focuses on examining all evidence and witnesses related to a specific criminal charge before finalizing a legal strategy for your case.  Furthermore, I believe that taking the time to engage with each client regarding strategies for their defense.  Discussing the potential short-term and long-term consequences of each decision made in your case helps ensure that you are able to make well-informed decisions about your defense.

If required, we can employ the services of skilled private investigators to gather additional evidence and interview witnesses to aid in your defense.  Essentially, our office does not subscribe to a “one-size-fits-all” approach to criminal defense and aims to work with each client on an individual basis to aggressively defend their case.

Our goal is to provide personable service and direct legal advice to my clients, as we believe that clients who hire our firm should receive advice directly from an attorney, not paralegals.  Additionally, we make it a priority to personally address her clients via calls, texts, emails, and letters.

In addition to our criminal defense work, we focus on helping clients who have previous contact with the criminal justice system by petitioning to remove criminal convictions through the expungement and non-disclosure process.  For clients who are probation, we also offer services to petition for early release from probation.
